At Joy’s Book Corner, we are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience and delivering products that meet your expectations. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong Address – If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
1. Eligibility for Refunds:

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, preferences, or if you simply do not enjoy the content of the item.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified by our customer support team.
5. Ebooks and Digital Products:
Refunds for ebooks and digital products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If there is a technical issue with your ebook or digital purchase, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
6. Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving your refund request.
7. Non-Refundable Items:
Gift cards and promotional codes are non-refundable.
Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for refunds.
