1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The item is unused and in original condition
• The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used books
• Personalized or custom items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos as proof

We will offer a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

5. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the error is ours)
